Introduction - Shaping Executive Leadership
This session has Laurent Rousseau, CEO Global Capital Solutions, Guy Carpenter. who will talk about their skill base and introduce our ExCO to consider what kind of leader they aspire to be.
Reading material, homework and personal development is provided in-between sessions.
Delegates will be encouraged to connect to each other and create their own network of peers across the legacy market.
All workshop trainers have many years’ practical experience in their professional fields, and their real-life practical responses to some of the workshop’s do’s and don’ts will help every delegate.
