Overview
This is IRLA’s second regional claims session focussing on issues, trends and updates in abuse claims. We have a panel of industry experts offering their views and experience
in this subject.
The session will give an overview of current claims handling issues before moving onto an interactive session on vicarious liability, a legal update on abuse issues including
emerging areas.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the session, delegates will gain an understanding of:
• trends and claims handling issues in abuse claims
• issues around vicarious liability and how that feeds into a claims and litigation strategy
• current and emerging law impacting abuse claims.
